Updates Limits

Each client can only receive a set amount of units for each type of "operate operation" (see below). These are set quite high and if you manage to hit the limit (without having your world killed for using up too much time in the simulation step) then the updates will be lost and you will loose sync on players! (i.e. some will see a mob move, some won't or a HUD element will not appear for certain users). I doubt you will hit the limits but they are there none the less.
